Middle/High School: Youth Group
Youth group provides a warm and relaxed atmosphere for our middle/high-schoolers to hang-out, explore ideas, build community, and develop leadership skills within our UU faith.
11:00 a.m. – Worship Service
Guest preacher, the Rev. Roger Brewin will be preaching on On My Honor I Will Do My Best, to Do My Duty regarding the situation for non-theist Boy Scouts and Leaders. Unlike the situation for LGBT scouts, which thankfully has just changed now that the Boy Scouts have agreed to admit male-identifying-transgender youth, the UUA has been less than supportive in protecting the rights of non-theist boys and leaders. Roger will address this issue, which is dear to his heart.
